Rates vary depending upon the service provided. Please contact our office for additional information on rates.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. Questions you should consider asking your insurance carrier as needed:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • Does my insurance cover psychological testing?
  • What is the coverage amount per service?
  • Is outpatient Occupational Therapy a covered service? 
  • Is a prescription for treatment required from my primary care physician?
  • Will services require a prior authorization?

(If so, please notify ICAN immediately so proper prior auth. forms can be submitted to your insurance company)


You will be responsible for your deductible responsibility or co-payment at the time of service, and will be responsible for any service(s) not covered by insurance. Cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session. This policy is important because appointment times are highly desired and consistency in attending appointments improves the success and progress of every client. In order for ICAN to provide services to everyone who would like them, this policy has to be in force so available appointments can be filled by other individuals eager to receive services at ICAN.
